Hotel Information:  The Village of Baytowne Wharf is affectionately known as the "heart and soul" of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. With more than 12 restaurants, 15 retail stores and several nightlife venues, it has become the gathering place for everyone visiting, living or working along the Emerald Coast.

All room rates include complimentary resort transportation, two bicycles per unit for up to four hours of usuage daily; fitness center usage; one hour per day of tennis court time (based on availability); one hour per day usage on either a canoe, kayak, or boogie board.

Neighboring activities include incredible shopping at the Destin Commons or Silver Sands Premium Outlet Center, the largest in the region — and a variety of equestrian, water-sports and amusement activities.

Sleeping Room Reservation Deadline:  The deadline to make a room reservations is July 15, 2016. The FPA room rate is $159-$249 plus tax and fees for single/double occupancy. Sandestin requires a one night's room deposit to be received within ten (10) days after a reservation is made, or it will be canceled. The required advance deposit for each reservation is refundable only if the reservation is canceled or arrival date is changed at least 7 days prior to arrival date. Check in time is 4:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am. 

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is made in writing 30 days prior to the program a refund will be made less a $10 service charge. If cancellation is made 29-10 days prior to the program,a refund will be made, less a $50 service charge. Cancellation requested in writing after that date will result in credit for another FPA CE program or service. Credits are valid for one year from date of original cancellation.

Policy on Industry Support: The FPA adheres to the US Food and Drug Administrator’s policy on industry supported educational activities. The FDA policy requires, among other things, that we conduct the educational program supported by any corporate educational grants independently and without control by the grantor of the program’s planning, content or execution.Furthermore, the programs must be free of commercial bias for or against any product.
