The Walkway of Recognition
Have you been searching for just the right gift or thought of placing your name in perpetuity? If so, then consider purchasing an engraved brick for you or someone else. The main sidewalk at the Florida Pharmacy Association needs replacing. The Florida Pharmacy Foundation has undertaken the project to repair and beautify the sidewalk with engraved personal bricks purchased by pharmacists or friends of pharmacy.
Engraved 4x8 bricks can be purchased for $250.00 each with the donor’s name engraved (3 lines available) or you could also purchase an engraved brick for someone you feel should be honored or remembered. The monies earned from this project will be used to fulfill the goals and future of the Foundation. There are a limited number of bricks available – so, it is first come first served.

Florida Pharmacy Foundation
The Florida Pharmacy Foundation was established in 1980 to support the profession of pharmacy in Florida in the areas of research, education and student recognition. Over the years the Foundation has contributed to everything from hurricane relief to textbook scholarships. Since inception the Foundation has evolved and developed a focus on pharmacy student support and small demonstration grants. With the increased need for pharmacists, we feel that support of the student pharmacist in financial recognition and professional guidance is a primary benefit to public health.
In addition the support of demonstration grants gives both an immediate and vested benefit to the citizens as well as the profession.
The Foundation is a non-profit organization that is registered with the state of Florida and all contributions to the Foundation are therefore tax deductible.
The Foundation consists of one executive vice president and approximately fifteen trustees. None of the trustees receive remuneration from the Foundation in any form. No money goes to any political action committee.
The Foundation's mission statement is "to support research, education and other activities that improve public health and the quality of life through the profession of pharmacy.
The present goals and objectives of the Foundation are to establish endowments and funding for our scholarships and grants. All of the trustees have a common desire to achieve this objective through a vigorous and viable campaign for the Foundation.
